Sorry about that, I must have had my head in the clouds with that one... When you next visit the wiki you should be able to subscribe to the current page or the entire wiki. Notifications come out, by email, to the address you registered with.

I agree that we need to discuss the group's goals before coming up with an events timetable. Perhaps we can put a short-term timeline on this. For example, we could discuss the aims and direction of the group for the next few days (within the constitution wg) and then start developing an events programme from that, say, starting Monday next week (in the events wg).

Graham Oakes has contacted me about the OSSG book. He is keen to be involved with this. Shortly, I'll be adding him to the Book workgroup, along with the rest of us.


Chat functionality has been tested to death and I'll be adding this in today. Each wg will get a chat tool. I know asynchronous comms work better for those with dial-up connections but chat does have its uses. I'll see if I can hack the tool to email out its content when a chat is over. I don't think this will be too hard.
