I'd be happy to speak about the work I've been doing with Zope Europe & the Plone Foundation about setting up an independent project review / quality assurance scheme for Zope & Plone implementations.  I'm not sure we'll have any good case studies to talk about by then, but a brief presentation on the scheme and the concerns it's trying to address might be interesting?
