Any idea at the moment of the approximate start and finish of the planned event on 7th June 2005.
Also I have been in contact with Dave Robinson the author of a letter about Open Source software headed - Faith in open source - that appeared in Computing last Thursday 28th April 2005.
The letter mentions the use of OpenOffice, MySQL, and other Open Source Software. Dave who is a MBCS and works for Scotweb is interested in the possibility of giving a talk and assisting OSSG in other ways such as maybe contributing to the planned OSSG book.
I will hopefully speak to him in further detail today and report back.
