		  Although we appreciate that this may be short notice for many, Patrick
an I would like as many committee members as possible to join a
telephone conference on Tuesday 14 June at 17:00.

Please also pencil in a follow on meeting for 21 June at the same time.
The goal of these two meetings is to agree a programme of public
meetings that we can publicise.

Proposed Agenda for the first meeting is:


  agree schedule of dates
  agree topics that we want to cover and/or topics where we know we
have good speakers available
  assign responsibilities for matching topics with speakers, dates
and venues


Proposed Agenda for second meeting:


  reports back on matching topics, speakers, dates and venues
  
  confirm programme
  agree responsibilities for publicising
  discuss way forward for proposed book
