It was agreed that we would not hold
public meetings in July and August.
It was agreed that we would target
the second Tuesday of every month for public meetings â?? assuming we
have enough topics/speakers â?? else we revert to bi-monthly.
It was agreed that each of the
committee members in the table above would identify a speaker or
speakers and get three dates that the speaker(s) can make over the next
12 months â?? variation from second Tuesday is fine if they cannot do any
of those
Agreed to hold a monthly committee
meeting face to face or teleconference or mixture â?? GL suggests first
Tuesday of every month at 17:00 â?? feedback please.
I had suggested that we reconvene next
Tuesday at 17:00 but am aware that a couple of people cannot make it
â?? would Wednesday work better?
