Exec. meetings and elections

		  I hope to be at the December 12 meeting. Is there any thought on having an Executive meeting beforehand?

It's amazing how time moves around so quickly - over 8 months now since our launch meeting. Do we need to think about formal elections, maybe to be held in conjunction with an AGM in  March/April meeting next year? (or is this already in train and I've missed it). SG Exec. are tightening up on processes and may well start badgering if we don't start the process ourselves.
