		  Hmm, it took me an hour to open this minutes document. I had OpenOffice 1.1.2 on my Macintosh, but that wouldn't do it. I wondered if there was a more recent version of OpenOffice and found version 2.0 for Mac PPC. After installing that, it did open, though the right margin of the heading looks squiffy and the letterspacing in the Times Roman seems excessive. But maybe that is a compatibility issue.
