Open Source Healthcare in practice – Dr Adrian Midgley GP – London 11/04/07

Dr Adrian Midgley GP will talk for the BCS Open Source Specialist Group (OSSG) on Wednesday 11th April 2007 about the benefits to any country requiring health service automation of choosing an Open Source approach, and examples of FLOSS implementation and operation in hospitals with available software, and about his own experience of using FLOSS in general practice and about building the support ecology required.

Venue – BCS Central London Offices, First Floor, The Davidson Building, 5 Southampton Street, London WC2E 7HATime – 1800 hours for 1830 start.
